Returns
Due to the nature of prescription medications and healthcare products, we do not accept returns on:
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used products
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Personalized or prescribed treatments

Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly.
- Your order was canceled before it was shipped.
- The prescribed treatment was not approved by the licensed healthcare provider.

- Your order was lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been approved by the healthcare provider and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing

Shipping Issues
